By far our most popular fishing trip, the 8hr Day Trip is a great way to experience an exciting full day on the river. The longer trip means you get that extra time and advantage to hook more fish or get that trophy fish of a lifetime. These trips are extremely popular during our summer and fall fishing seasons, as they give you the extra time and flexibility to fish for multiple species during the same outing, such as fishing ½ day for salmon and ½ day for sturgeon. The 8hr trips also offer you more variety and a chance to fish different rivers and see more scenery. Our 6hr Day Trips are perfect for those who would like to get out fishing but have limited time in their schedule. They are also ideal for families with younger children who, as we know, can sometimes have a very short attention span. The 6hr trips are very similar to our 8hr outings, however, with the shorter allotted time for fishing, we tend to concentrate more on targeting one species in order to optimize our chances of having a successful outing. During our peak fishing seasons, we will target multiple species upon the guests' requests.

Steelhead "Walk & Wade" Trip

What better way to enjoy a winter or spring day than hiking and fishing one of our beautiful rivers with anticipation of finding some big chrome steelhead. This 8hr trip gives the angler the opportunity to explore and appreciate the true beauty of BC's outdoors…clean, fast-flowing rivers, classic pools and runs, snow-covered mountain peaks, explosive fish…that's what BC steelheading is all about. We fish several rivers, each in it's own unique setting and offering the angler miles and miles of fishable water. We cater to both fly and gear anglers.

However, knowing some basic facts and information will greatly increase your success rates on the river. On this "hands-on" instructional trip, you'll spend 8hrs on the river, fishing as you learn. A few of the important topics covered include: reading and covering water, presentation, fish behaviour, angler versatility, river safety, bait & tackle, etc. Whether you prefer to fly fish or use terminal tackle, our professional staff is there to help, teach, and explain. Our goal is to provide you with the correct information from the very beginning, so that you can enjoy hooking more fish and become a better and more confident steelheader.
