In our fishing forecast, you will find a detailed salmon fishing report for the upcoming season, which outlines information on all 5 species of salmon. There is also a sturgeon fishing report, which predicts peak sturgeon fishing periods for the year. If you’re interested in steelhead fishing or trout fishing, we also have a fishing forecast for those.
Our annual BC fishing report contains information on all of our local diverse fisheries and the best times to come and enjoy each of them. Here you will also find interesting articles, pictures of great catches, links to our fishing videos and social medial platforms, and information on the different fish species we target throughout the year.
In this part of the BC, we are very fortunate to have year-round fishing opportunities. During the winter months, we focus our fishing efforts on the winter-run steelhead. By March, sturgeon fishing starts really heating up and this spring sturgeon fishery continues to be great right until the Fraser River water levels get high due to the annual snow melt. We continue to sturgeon fish right through the high water levels, despite the very poor water clarity. As the water levels start receding in late July and the water clarity starts improving, we start to focus on salmon fishing. From here on in until December, both salmon and sturgeon can be targeted on a daily basis.
As we roll into our 2015 guiding season, we would like to extend a warm personal welcome to all of our guests from around the globe. This season marks our 15th year of operation, and this would never have been possible without the continued support and interest from anglers like yourself, who share our passion for this valuable resource. For this, we are forever grateful and truly value your loyalty, and greatly appreciate the repeat business and all the word of mouth referrals.
We invite you to have a look through our annual fishing forecast and we hope to have the opportunity of fishing with you this upcoming season.
