River Report: February 15, 2013
With this winter being one of the most mild in years, fishing is not only excellent, it’s also very enjoyable. Winter months may bring ice, wind and rain, but we’re enjoying some amazing early spring weather at the moment. Buds are starting to poke their heads out on the trees and local anglers are hitting the rivers.
Let’s get right to it. STEELHEAD fishing is Hot. This past week we’ve put well over a dozen fresh, winter-run steelhead to the hand, so after a slow start in January, it looks like things are heating up and the numbers we expected are finally starting to show up. Read more →
